For the safety and well-being of all pets, we require documentation of your dog's vaccinations on your initial visit to our self-service dog wash and daycare facility. This includes rabies, bordetella, and distemper. We also strongly advise getting the flu vaccine for your dog.

In our experience, grooming your dog typically takes about two to three hours. However, during busy times, like Saturdays or pre-holiday periods, or if we're handling challenging cases such as a puppy's first grooming, anxious dogs, or severely matted fur, it might take longer. We prioritize a stress-free and enjoyable dog grooming experience for each pet.

Our facility is not staffed overnight, but we continuously monitor the dogs through surveillance cameras. Our staff resides nearby and can quickly attend to any urgent needs. During the day, dogs enjoy ample playtime and social interaction, with most settling down to sleep shortly after our do-it-yourself dog wash and daycare facility closes.

We ensure the dogs have frequent outdoor breaks, typically five to six times daily. Our dog grooming and daycare facility includes a secure outdoor area easily accessible from the back door.
